The Role

This role is a mix of purchasing, inventory management, reporting, and collaboration with the order desk and admin teams. You’ll be responsible for placing and managing purchase orders with vendors, and overseeing inventory accuracy across 800+ SKUs. You’ll also be a key player in the team’s data and reporting function, using Excel and NetSuite (ERP) to track inventory movement, generate reports, and support KPI tracking.


You'll work closely with the Order Desk, Sales, and Administrative teams to ensure seamless internal coordination and that customer needs are met efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing from vendors
  • Track, manage, and update inventory for over 800+ items
  • Use Excel and NetSuite to maintain accurate inventory records and support internal reporting
  • Collaborate daily with the Order Desk, Sales, and Admin teams
  • Contribute to general office support when needed
  • Be adaptable and pitch in during busy periods or project surges


Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a similar inventory coordination, purchasing, or warehousing environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data sorting/filtering)
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing systems; ERP familiarity is a strong asset (NetSuite is a bonus!)
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and tracking multiple moving parts
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized with minimal supervision
  • A team player who brings a positive attitude and helps maintain a healthy office dynamic
