Our client is a family-owned industrial distributor that has been operating for over 60 years. They supply industrial products and materials to customers and operate a warehouse/distribution facility supporting shipping and receiving operations.
THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, handling stock put-away, assisting with shipping and receiving, and performing occasional backup driving. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are motivated to contribute to a well-organized, collaborative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform stock put-away and maintain organized inventory
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including paperwork
- Backup driving for deliveries when required
- General warehouse tasks, cleaning, and organizing
- Rotate between departments as needed
- Follow safety protocols for all products and work areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically fit
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma preferred
