We are currently looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a full 360 recruitment role and enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing environment. This position sits within our Manufacturing & Operations Division, supporting clients across Southwestern Ontario.


This is a remote-first position, with the opportunity to visit clients on-site and develop strong relationships within the local manufacturing community.


As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing your own desk while collaborating closely with an experienced and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and expand your professional network by developing relationships with employers across the manufacturing and operations sector
  • Develop and maintain a strong, qualified client base that generates consistent and reliable business flow
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their culture, hiring needs, and operational environment
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to enterprise organizations
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement
  • Introduce and implement the STRIVE Search System and recruitment philosophy with new and existing clients
  • Become an ambassador for STRIVE within your specialization through participation in industry associations and networking events
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create value-driven content and market insights for your industry community


Requirements:


We are looking for someone with a strong balance of personality, drive, and professionalism who is passionate about recruitment and relationship building.

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment or staffing firm, with demonstrated success in business development
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Experience working with enterprise clients is considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about working in a team environment
  • Previous recruitment experience within Manufacturing & Operations is a strong asset

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $85,000+

  • Semi-Annual Team Trip – Okanagan Valley
  • Annual Team Trip – Mexico
